How I work.
Approach
I lead by combining design taste with product and business instinct. I’ve built design organisations to seventy-five people — a leadership bench of four directors plus a principal-level North Star group — and care about the operating model: career frameworks, hiring, and the speed-to-polish trade-offs that decide whether a team moves fast without losing quality.
